Question 1

The balance is due six weeks prior to your Holiday start date. We will email you a reminder about eight weeks before your Holiday as a reminder, which sets out the three payment methods we accept. This invoice must then be paid within 7 days.

Question 2

The outstanding balance can be paid by Cheque or direct Bank Transfer. You can also pay the balance using a Debit or Credit Card via PayPal but due to their high fees there is an additional £10 charge to pay Holiday Balances with PayPal. If you wish to pay the Balance with PayPal let us know and we will send you a PayPal invoice.

Question 3

The £75 Security/Damage Deposit is refunded by Cheque once the Caravan has been checked for damage, breakages, gas usage and having been left in a clean & tidy condition.

Question 4

Check-In time is normally 1:00pm. But call us anytime after 12:00 noon as the caravan maybe ready earlier, if it's ready you can Check-In.

Question 5

The Caravan must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow us time to clean the caravan ready for the new guests. PLEASE NOTE: There is a Late Check-Out charge of £20 if you Check-Out after 11:00am.

We will meet you and take you to your Caravan. We ask that you call us about 1 Hour before you are due to arrive at the Park so we have time to get there ready to meet you.

No, as we found a lot of people don't actually use them and it’s so simple to purchase these from Reception if required. It also means they cannot be lost in the post or left at home. Click here for prices

NO, Sorry but no pet's are allowed in the Caravan.

NO, Smoking is only permitted outside on the decking, an ashtray is supplied.

YES. But ONLY on the grassed area. Barbecue's are NOT allowed to be used on the Decking or near any Gas Bottles. Barbecue's must Not be left unattended, and adequate precautions taken to prevent accidents.

Yes, a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge, the travel cot fits in the master bedroom still allowing room to open the door and access the en-suite. There is also high chair available for use in the caravan.

Yes, WiFi is available in the Caravan through WiFinity Internet.
